“ Decide to try out this new restaurant in town. The one thing that stood out the most to me was the service. The service was excellent at this restaurant. They are very attentive to your needs and wanna make sure you have a great experience. The food was good, the only negative thing about the food was a salsa. I felt like it could’ve been better. If you’re in the area, I would give them a try. ”
“ VIBES, FLAVOR, AND 1.99 MARGS?! Say less. Obsessed! The vibes are top-tier! Like Frida Kahlo meets modern lounge. Super friendly and diverse staff. I had the Southwest egg rolls (SO good) and the birria tacos that came with consomme, rice, and beans, chef’s kiss. Bonus? 1.99 margaritas mid-day! Run, don’t walk. ”
“ 12.14.24 Came here for the first time, and we enjoyed our experience with the food and our waitress ...including the manager! It was our first time dining here, and we came around 6:30 P.M. on a Sat. night... to our surprise, there wasn't a large crowd...but there were a lot of patrons. The elote is very tasty with the southwestern egg rolls. Interesting Tex-Mex. The manager here is very comical and awesome. This guy should run for mayor; he has such a friendly and open demeanor...you feel like he's your neighbor or someone you've been knowing for a long time. Oh! Hold the chili sauce on your enchiladas bc it is not that good at all. ”
“ The Patio is a fantastic new spot for Mexican food in Baton Rouge! The restaurant has a very clean and inviting aesthetic, and the service was top-notch—super friendly, always available when needed, but never pushy. The menu has great options, and the food was outstanding. I had the lunch chicken fajitas, and my friend had the taco salad—both were impressive. We’ll definitely be back! ”
“ Very laid back restaurant. We just went for a couple of drinks so we didn’t eat anything. Happy hour has 1/2 off drinks. Try their top shelf margarita! Nice place to gather on the patio. ”
“ I've been coming here since it opened. I consistently patronized, trying everything on the menu while the restaurant awaited its permit to sell alcohol. Once that happened, my visits here increased because the margaritas are GREAT!! The atmosphere and intentional touches to the bathroom deco could spark envy among restaurant bathrooms in the vincinty. It's so classy chic. I've been served by multiple staff members here, and they follow the example of the owner Ton, who is extremely friendly, welcoming, and hilarious. He never hesitates to visit my table and the tables of all his guests. He shares updates on the food and drink menu. I appreciate his cultural approach to the overall functionality of his restaurant. Here, I get traditional Mexican with an Asian touch, which makes the flavors of the food unmatched. I've introduced this place to many of my colleagues who share in my sentiment. My favorite dish is the Mahi Mahi with grilled veggies. I love the updated menu, and today, they said fresh sushi was soon to be added as well. Today, I had the taco salad, and it perfectly complimented my Azul frozen Margarita. As long as these doors are open, I will be walking through them. ”
“ I went here for the first time tonight with my wife and it was an amazing experience. Our waitress Joey was extremely polite and knowledgeable of the menu. She made our night even better. The atmosphere and food was great. Bathrooms were very clean. I recommend the fried ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be back! ”
“ This new restaurant is a must! Great food that is made fresh. There were four of us and we tried everything. The tuna tostadas and ceviche is absolutely the best in town. Their tamales are very moist and are the closest to authentic that I have ever had. Well worth the drive. ”
